2) provide him with your information for registration 

3) make payment for union licensing certificate, your payment also covers for unique union ID card

4) wait 72 hours for your union licensing certificate and union ID card to be ready 

5) once it's been issued to you come to the website and activate your membership, using the ID card number and License number 

6) am email will be sent to you for membership activation and an agent will be assigned to you to guide you on how to start car / truck business
